XtremeRow is a Strength and Conditioning program built upon multiple philosophies in burning fat, increasing strength and power, and improving endurance, coordination, and movement.


The foundation of our training system begins with XR Strength, where we work to build a strong base, increase power, and improve movement quality. To maximize fat loss and to help you look and feel better, we supplement Strength with a combination of specialty conditioning sessions which are centered around the Concept2 Rower. By committing to our training system for 4 days per week, our clients will see a huge difference in body composition, lean muscle, and body fat reduction.
