(Intermediate - Advanced: Toning/Weight Loss)

The program uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with exhilarating dance moves and targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. These techniques are supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further

toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.

ZUMBA

(All Levels: Rhythmic Dance Aerobic Activity)

Zumba makes exercise fun with upbeat music, a positive environment and fairly simple movements that beginners can pick up on right away. The full-body routine leaves participants sweating and satisfied with their workout.

BUILD & BURN

(Intermediate - Advanced: Athletic Fitness)

This 60 minute high-intensity class is full of surprises with circuit boot camp style!  It is fast paced with

strengthening, cardiovascular, and plyometric movements.  The result: burn up to 1,000 calories in a session!

CARDIO STRENGTH

(Beginner - Intermediate:  Muscular Strength)

This class offers both a blast of Cardio and Group Strength Training in a 60 minute class.  An excellent way to burn calories while increasing your muscular and joint strength.  Thursday 5:35pm  - 6:35pm

POUND - Rockout. Workout.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The  workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour.
