Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is one of the most effective means of relaxing muscle tissue and increasing circulation. Increased circulation provides more blood to the muscles and tissues providing the nutrients necessary for your body to heal itself. Tight muscles reduce blood flow, restricting blood flow to the tissue, prolonging or halting the healing process, also causing muscle cells to die. This can eventually cause atrophy of the muscle tissue. This process can be reversed using massage.
Types of massage we offer:
Deep Tissue Rehabilitation Massage
